Our Story

Our Story Anchor

Reaching Your Potential, LLC (RYP) was founded in 2007 by Dr. Karen Corona- Londre, Clinical Psychologist and Tracey Cowley, Clinic Director. With 35 years of combined experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum, we founded RYP to remedy what we saw as lacking from other current providers. Specifically, we recognized the need for individualized therapy for the children by combining Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy with several of the evidence-based and developmentally driven therapies as clinically appropriate. We have also committed ourselves to serving a small number of children and families, so that we can provide the greatest quality of therapy. In addition, we saw the necessity to include all members of the child's team in developing the child's therapy plan.

Our Misson Statement

Our Mission Anchor

RYP is committed to providing community—based, positive intervention for children with autism spectrum diagnoses. Our primary goal is to help each child reach his or her potential and celebrate achievements along the way. We believe that each child has unique gifts and challenges and is a valuable and loved family member. We maintain that each family understands their child best and services should be tailored to achieve the family’s expectations. We are committed to learning about the newest therapeutic approaches and implementing them where appropriate. We recognize the value of a team-based approach to treatment and pledge to collaborate with each team member (in all areas of expertise, SLP, OT, teacher, etc.) to ensure a comprehensive and consistent approach.
